Hi Amit, You need to set up phone call conversion tracking by following this guide <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6275629> and then retrieve the Call Metrics Call Details Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/call-metrics-call-details-report> using AdWords API which includes data for call tracking of call-only ads or call extensions.
