Hi, I'm afraid the "Search absolute top impression share" metric is not available in AdWords API reports at the moment. I'll get in touch with the team to add this field to AdWords API reports. For now you need to get this metric in the new Adwords experience <https://adwords.google.com/home/how-it-works/new-adwords/>.
