Hello,
Can someone exlpain how do I go about the following with the API?
1. Set Max CPC bid per keyword ID
2. Set bid adjust. for : age, gender, city, zipcode, hour of the day,
day of the week
1. Is it better to create a SEPERATE campaign per city, targeting
specific city, and set the campaign CPC - rather than using bid adjust.
for
cities?
