Hi, Are you referring to the UserListId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CampaignCriterionService.CriterionUserList#userlistid> which is required for adding CriterionUserList? If so, you need to use AdwordsUserListService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/AdwordsUserListService> to get the Ids of the UserLists in your account and provide the UserList.Id <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/AdwordsUserListService.UserList#id> when adding a CriterionUserList.
