If you are not using a client library utility <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>, then please see the upload requirements section <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs#upload_requirements> for more details on uploading operations to your BatchJobs.
