Hi, For your first question, you are right. You can get it using ContentImpressionShare <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#contentimpressionshare> metric of Campaign Performance Report. This will return the same results as the UI which can be "xx.xx%" or "<10%". As of now, you could not calculate/get the actual value for the number of impressions for "<10%" value in both UI and API.
For your second question, you do not need to calculate this on your end. The report will automatically provide you the "Total" if a certain column has a value for this. Below is a sample logs from report which gets CampaignId and ContentImpressionShare with their total: XXXXXXXXXX,< 10% XXXXXXXXXX,< 10% *Total,< 10%* Let me know if you have further clarifications.
