Hello Austin, Unfortunately, it seems there are no ways to fetch the lifetime reach. This seems true in the AdWords UI too based on this article <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2472714?hl=en>. Regarding the detailed impression reach calculation, could you please reach out to the AdWords Community <https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-AdWords/ct-p/Google_AdWords> ?
