Hi Jeff, You can use AccountLabelService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/AccountLabelService> to retrieve the account labels specified by the selector for the authenticated user. If you would like to filter by label ID in ManagedCustomerService.get <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/ManagedCustomerService.html#get>, you can use a predicate on the *AccountLabels* field. I'm afraid Account labels are not available in AdWords API reports.
