Hi Han, Since your concern (keywords data do not match with "Total- all account" both in AdWords Scripts and AdWords UI) is more on the AdWords product level, then I suggest you to please post this in the AdWords Community Forum <https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-AdWords/ct-p/Google_AdWords#> . Their team can provide you better assistance on why the "Total - all keywords" does not match with "Total all account" even on the downloaded CSV file in the UI.
