Hi Austin, I'm afraid that the "c=XXXXXXXX" value that you see in the AdWords UI does not directly correspond to the customer ID that is returned by the AdWords API reports or services. Also the only available sources for the customer via the AdWords API is from the ExternalCustomerId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#externalcustomerid> field or via the CustomerService.Customer.customerid <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CustomerService.Customer#customerid> and the ManagedCustomerService.ManagedCustomer.customerid <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/ManagedCustomerService.ManagedCustomer#customerid> objects.
