that certainly helps, thanks a lot.

There's one thing I've noticed though: The location search of the AdWords 
API relies on more information that is present in the downloadable CSV:

If I enter the names of local city districts, it can correctly find 
matching zip codes, although those names don't appear in the CSV.

I think we can probably do without, but ideally I'd have that data too.
