Hi, Are you saying, after removing the UserList as a biddable targeting criterion, the UserList is still reflected in the Audiences tab of the AdGroup? If so, could you perform the AdGroupCriterionService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/AdGroupCriterionService#get> and check the userStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion#userstatus> of the specific AdGroupCriterion? UserStatus field should have current user-set state of the criterion. If this is not what you are looking for, could you please elaborate where on UI you are seeing the UserList status? Also, please share the SOAP logs of AdGroupCriterionService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/AdGroupCriterionService#get>, clientCustomerId and the UserList name. This should help me take a closer look at the issue. You could *reply privately to author* while sharing the details.
