Hello Markus, You will be able to retrieve the latitude and longitude data for already targeted Proximity <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity> criteria. You need to include the GeoPoint <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService.Proximity#geopoint> in the selector when using the CampaignCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/CampaignCriterionService> to get this data. If you're trying to get the latitude and longitude for the locations in the Geo target list <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting>, then it is not possible, as this list specifies locations pertaining to particular geographical region and their criteria Ids.
