Hi Vladimir, I'm afraid that you will have to REMOVE the Ad first and ADD them back along with the UrlCustomParameters <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201708/AdGroupAdService.Ad#urlcustomparameters> you wish to include or modify.
