Hi Francisco, You could check the clicks for those rows which are having clickType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#clicktype> as "CALLS" in Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report>. The data for call tracking of call-only ads or call extensions can be extracted using Call Metrics Call Details Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/call-metrics-call-details-report>. If this is not what you are looking for, could you share the screenshot of the UI view which you are trying to extract via the API?
