However, if you can see a difference on the results on the UI versus the API report on the ConversionRate field, then kindly provide a sample UI screenshot as well as your clientCustomerId and report definition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#create_a_report_definition> so I can further investigate.
