The SearchImpressionShare 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#searchimpressionshare>
 is 
the impressions you've received on the Search Network divided by the 
estimated number of impressions you were eligible to receive and is 
calculated as percentage whereas the Impressions is the count of how often 
the ad has been displayed. I'm afraid it is not possible to pull the 
SearchImpressionShare with the same logic. However, you can set the 
skipReportSummary 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#request_headers>
 header 
to false, to include the summary row containing the report totals. 

If your concern is specific about the calculation of the field in AdWords 
UI and showing it in the report (UI). If so, please post your question to 
AdWords
