hi, I have a uac campaign and specify "all of country and region" as location target, I run a client to get report of CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#accountcurrencycode> and CAMPAIGN_LOCATION_TARGET_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-location-target-report#accountdescriptivename>, I can get data of these report, but can not retrieve data in country/region level for CAMPAIGN_LOCATION_TARGET_REPORT. I can see the location data in the adwords campaign management UI.
