What happens in your report if you have , and " in the campaign name? can
you change the field delimiter when you download the report with
f = open('report-'+DATE+'.csv', 'w')
#sys.stdout
report_downloader.DownloadReportWithAwql(
report_query, '*CSV*', f, skip_report_header=True,
skip_column_header=False, skip_report_summary=True)
