Hi, If you have setup conversion tracking in your AdWords account, you can use the fields listed here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/conversion-tracking#conversion_fields_available_in_reporting> to retrieve conversion data in AdWords API Reports. If you are using a third party application to track your conversion, I'm afraid you'll not be able to use AdWords API to retrieve this data as its not supported in the API. You could consider setting up a conversion tracker for offline call conversions <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6301373> and import your offline call conversions as described here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/conversion-tracking#importing_call_conversions> .
