Hi Victor, The CpcBid field in Keywords Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report> is of type attribute, which means that the value returned will always reflect the *current* Max CPC for the Keyword, ignoring the timespan of the report. I hope this helps in clarifying the difference between the values returned in the Keywords Performance Report and the Change history.
