Hi Dmitry, The "The Expanded Text Ads with an additional line of description" is an experimental Ad format which was not supported in AdWords API. I would suggest that you contact AdWords product support <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7217785> or your account manager for more details as they are better equipped to answer your questions.
