Hi Phani, You can check if the corresponding promotion in AdWords Express is paused by going to the AdWords Express user interface and navigating to the corresponding business. You'll then see the list of promotions, and each one will have a status slider at the bottom. For example, here's a screenshot of a promotion that is paused (*INACTIVE*).

You won't be able to see AdWords Express campaigns in the AdWords user interface, however. You'll have to use the AdWords Express user interface to view AdWords Express objects.
