Hi, The GclId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/click-performance-report#gclid> can be retrieved in the Click Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/click-performance-report>. However, there is no cost or CPC metric yet in this report type. If by CPC you meant CostPerConversion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#costperconversion> metric, then it is available in these report types (based on the link) currently.
