Hi, Basically, if you want to get the performance (e.g. get the clicks and impressions) of your ads, you can use the Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report> .
My apologies if I do not understand your concern fully. Could you confirm on what you meant by piggyback pixels for search campaigns? For tracking template <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/upgraded-urls#overview>, could you provide more context on what do you want to achieve? Do you want to add clicks and impressions as tracking parameters?
