Hi Vladimir, The error <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/limits#account> you are encountering means that you have already reached the allowable limit for creating accounts <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7526520?hl=en&ref_topic=7554359> under your MCC. Kindly refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#creating_and_organizing_accounts> for organizing your accounts and you can use the ManagedCustomerService.mutateLink <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/ManagedCustomerService#mutatelink> <https://cases.corp.google.com/> to terminate links to some of your unused accounts if you want to.
If the issue persists after terminating some of your unused accounts, then kindly provide your SOAP request and response logs via *Reply privately to author* so I can further check.
