Hi Alexander, I'm a colleague of Shwetha and I will be providing support for now. As for updating price extensions or any other types, you may refer to this section <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/extension-settings#update_ad_extensions> as to how. You will not be required to create new extensions as you will be able to use the SET operator on your extensions directly. I hope this has been helpful.
