Hi David, For the limits regarding paging, you may refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/limits#general>. As stated also in the guide, you may opt to use the reports <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports> instead since most fields are also supported in the report. To retrieve ad groups associated to a specific campaign and their statistics, you may generate the Adgroup Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/adgroup-performance-report> and use the CampaignId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/adgroup-performance-report#campaignid> and CampaignName <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/adgroup-performance-report#campaignname> fields as filters.
