Hi Merav, The csv file upload for audiences is not supported via the AdWords API. Currently, you may only upload your CRM-based userlists as discussed in this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#customer_match_with_email_address> and you may also refer to the AddCrmBasedUserList <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/remarketing#add-crm-based-user-list> Java example in the client library (other languages are also available in the link).
