Hi Sergej, Currently, assigning/adding labels directly to an account is not yet supported in the AdWords API. You can only add/assign labels to your campaigns, ad groups, criteria and ads as stated on this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/labels#assign_labels_to_your_campaigns_ad_groups_criteria_or_ads>. If you want to add labels to your account, then kindly use the AdWords UI instead.
