Hi Jikai, Conversions are not retrieved via the ConversionTrackerService and can only be retrieved through the AdWords API reporting <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting>. The ConversionTrackerService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/ConversionTrackerService#get> will only retrieve your ConversionTrackers <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/ConversionTrackerService.ConversionTracker> and not the actual number of conversions generated.
For the conversion values or metrics, you may refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/conversion-tracking#conversion_fields_available_in_reporting> as to which fields can provide you the conversion information you need and which report types support them.
