If so, please follow this <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/shopping> guide which explains about creating a shopping campaign, ad group and the ads. You can refer to AddShoppingCampaign <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201710/shoppingcampaigns/AddShoppingCampaign.java> sample in Java for the complete code sample.
