Hi Jianbo, We are not aware of any known issues except the issue with Labels posted on this <https://groups.google.com/forum/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=footer#!topic/adwords-api/4P2-VyF7tvE> thread. Could you please enable logging and share the SOAP request and response logs for both the services? Please use *reply privately to author* while sharing the logs.
