As for your concern, on your UI screenshot of the Keyword Planner, I could not see the targeting details (locations, languages, network settings). Could you provide your UI screenshot again with these details (this is before you click the Get Ideas button) so I can compare both UI and API parameters and results? Please use the *Reply privately to author* option when replying.
