If yes, you may refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/shopping> on how to link your Merchant Center account to your AdWords account. Also, please note that the campaign type (AdvertisingChannelType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CampaignService.Campaign#advertisingchanneltype>) of these campaigns would be SHOPPING instead of DISPLAY.
