Hi Ken, You may use the CustomerSyncService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CustomerSyncService#get> to retrieve the recent changes made to your account. You may also refer to the GetAccountChanges <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/php/account-management#get-all-account-changes-during-the-past-24-hours> sample code that is available in the client library. As for the undo button to revert your changes, this is currently not supported. I hope this helps.
