In regards on the actions that you need to do if you exceed the daily operation limit, as mentioned in my previous response, you need to slow down <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/rate-limits#slow_down> and retry your request on how many seconds as indicated on *retryAfterSeconds*.
