Hi Hyunsoo, I was able to get the Gmail single promotion template ad (template Id : 464) using the AdGroupAdService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/AdGroupAdService#get> via API. Could you please *reply privately to author *and share your client customer Id and the adGroup Id?
