Hi Pradeep, To get the stats aggregated at the Feed Item level, you could use the Placeholder Feed Item Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report>. The stats in the row for a specific feed item show all clicks and costs when that feed item was shown. This includes headline clicks, as well as clicks on other ad extensions (e.g., a call extension) when the specific feed item was also shown. Also included are the costs accrued by all clicks. To see the clicks/costs/etc. for just a give feed item, use segment "IsSelfAction <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report#isselfaction>", and look at the "This extension" rows.
