Hi Justin, I see that in some cases the stats in User Location report and the Campaign Performance report does not match in the UI as well. Since this is a product level question than one specific to the API, could you please post the question on the Advertisers community forum <https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-AdWords/ct-p/Google_AdWords#>? The product experts there are better equipped to address this question.
