Hi, Your issue is specific to Mobile Apps Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API, and not AdWords API. Our team only supports AdWords API related issues/concerns. With this, please contact their team by using the Help button within the AdWords UI to call or email AdWords support. When communicating with the product team, you can specify to them that your issue is specific with this API.
