Hi Sandhiya, I would like to clarify if what you wanted to do is to get each client id and client secret based on your list of emails without the intervention from google console? If yes, then the AdWords API currently does not support a feature that retrieves the OAuth2 credentials programmatically.
If my understanding is incorrect, kindly clarify your concern.
