Yes, you may use the AND conditions in a WHERE clause in the AWQL. You may 
check this sample 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/campaign-management#get-all-disapproved-ads-in-an-ad-group-using-awql>
 which 
uses the AND operator in a WHERE clause for your reference.
