Hi, When I try to create a placement criterion for this URL: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/get-there/wp/2018/01/09/the-great-social-security-benefits-debate-take-it-early-or-wait/, the adwords API returns a `CriterionError.INVALID_FORMAT_FOR_PLACEMENT_URL`. However that URL resolves to a specific page rather than a site section, so I believe the request is being misinterpreted by the server.
