Please double-check this guide <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/wiki/API-access-using-own-credentials-(installed-application-flow)> again and follow carefully. Could you clarify when you paste those links to Chrome, you were log in with the email address that is the same as the account you apply in generating the OAuth2 credentials <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication#generate_oauth2_credentials>? Also, I would recommend checking your OAuth2 console project once more and ensure that it is of type "Installed application" as mentioned here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication#determine_your_app_type> .
