Hi Jaspreet, 'This project' refers to the project that you created in the App Engine SDK <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/downloads>, the link of which is given in step 4 of the guide <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords/adwords_appengine_demo/README.md#step-by-step-guide-for-using-adwords-api-demo-on-app-engine>. Once you choose the environment for the App Engine SDK, you will be able to get documentation on how to go about creating projects and moving further. Please let me know if you have more questions.
