If yes, could you please reply back with the client customer id of the account, the report definitions of Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> and Call Metrics Call Details Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/call-metrics-call-details-report>?
