Hi Asad, There is no direct way to achieve this. As a workaround, you will be able to get the Extension name which is concatenation of the Structured Snippet Header <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/structured-snippet-headers> followed by the Structured Snippet feedItem values <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CampaignExtensionSettingService.StructuredSnippetFeedItem#values>. You could perform the CampaignExtensionSettingService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignExtensionSettingService#get> and then modify the results locally to build the extension name.
