Hi Ivan, Please note that, there will be some delay in changes becoming visible to CustomerSyncService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CustomerSyncService>, use lastChangeTimestamp from the response to determine the validity period for the data. If you are still facing an issue, could you please share the complete SOAP request and response log along with client customer id so that I can troubleshoot the issue?
