Hi Santiago, Your SOAP request and response appears to be fine and the warning issue regarding UTF-8 seems to be more related to the configuration of your client library. I would suggest to post your issue here <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/issues> as the client library owners are better equipped to assist you in this matter.
